As you may know Samsung has disabled access to IMS settings via the phone dialer code and you also won't be able to access it with app activity launchers.
so i have found way that grants access to IMS settings on all modern Samsung devices without any computer needed. (i am using an S21U with latest oneUI 6 update)
the tools you need is Shizuku and System UI tuner. this is a guide on shizuku and how to start it with wireless debugging.
after installing both and setting up shizuku head over to system ui tuner accept the ToS grant it the permissions it needs then do these steps
