2. Connect the PC to the UE over data USB Cable

• Phone Dial to *#0808# and enable RNDIS + ACM + DM + ADB and click OK to save settings
• Connect  the USB Cable. Info: https://cacombos.com/contribute

 

3. Check if Telekom has enabled VoLTE in the network. Look in Attach Accept: 

At the end of the message look for :     .... ...1 = IMS voice over PS session in S1 mode: Supported

4. Check if your phone has the Telekom VoLTE SEttings so if it tries to connect to VoLTE ("ims") APN

Look for : PDN Connectivity Request with  APN: ims

 

 

5. Check if the network connects you to the ims APN so if you have VoLTE profile on the SIM Card

Look for : Activate Default EPS Bearer Context Request for ims APN

6. Make a VoLTE Call.

Xiaomi Mi 6 + SIM Prepaid Telekom

Attach Accept : IMS VoPS flag : not supported 

This proves that Telekom did not enable yet VoLTE in the network in Bucharest Area, MME code: 48 . Same on ME code 24 (Iasi), see https://forum.softpedia.com/topic/1097742-telekom-volte/page__st__468#entry29267502 .

The  IMS VoPS flag is sent regardless of the SIM type (prepaid vs postpaid) or VoLTE profile on the SIM.

Telekom MME does not broadcast that is supports VoLTE, mVoPSSupport=3

Orange and Vodafone have VoLTE support , mVoPSSupport=2
